Ok here is a question to think about How is street prostition and dating any diffrent?  You go out to eat and a guy wants you to sleep with him, basically he sees it as he gave you something now he needs something in return right. Or you go to a movie and maybe go get drinks than you go back to your place and have great or even better yet horrible sex. how is that any diffrent than a guy giving you 20 dollars and you having horrible sex?  The goverment says prostition is illegal but yet what is diffrent from what is illegal from the legal really? Ok the one women nows that nothing but sex is happening, where in the other world the women is hoping for a relationship but I stress the hoping part their. Most men and again I stress most, are out for a one night stand. Ok now I know some women might be out for a one night stand sometimes.  Sometimes I think that they both aren't so far in diffrence here.  Let me know if you think diffrently

I have to agree with Pat.. not all men are like that. but I guess the main difference is maybe the Gov't doesnt see prostitution as CONSENTUAL...one person is doing it because they WANT to.maybe the other is doing it to survive? Thanks for stoppin in and have a GREAT WEEK!

okay, can't pass this one up...first of all, with dating, no one is under any obligation, nor is it necessarily being sought. i'm no prude but i'm definitely against legal prostitution. the reason being that it trivializes sex, makes it cheap and virtually meaningless. sex should definitely be an act that occurs between two people who at least care deeply for one another. and those are the sentiments i personally believe should be promoted, not abandoned for wholesale sex. another point regarding dating is (hopefully) more often than not, sex isn't an issue on the first date. dating is for the purpose of geting to know one another, find out if you are compatible and want to take it to that level of a physical relationship. anyway, those are my thoughts on the matter. thanks for raising the subject...see ya!

As the only prostitute here, I feel I should at least put my 2 cents in. First off, NO ONE is obligated to do anything with anyone. The great thing about sex worke is that it's consentual. if a smelly, drunk retard shows up at my door witha fist full of money and I'm uncomfortable, I'll refuse. My boss doesn't mind. Safefty is always first. IF a man wants to do a sex act I'm not comfortable with I'll tell him no. We are NOT slaves we do have right of refusial.

About the prostitution vs. dating thing, I do see similarites there, I ask for payment from a guy straight up, while other girls want dinner and gifts. A guy coming up to me and asking descretly if I want to fuck is no different then a dude walking up to you and asking you out to drink.
And about this prostitution takes the meaningness out of sex, give me a break!!! What meaning does sex have other than procreation or self satisfaction? Just because I'm getting paid for sex doesn't mean it's lost all meaning, if I want I can still procreate and if I diddle my clit I can still satisfy myself. That said, I think it's time for the government to decriminalize sex work and give us back our dignity.
